The answer is no, no they definitely weren’t; the security-guard twin cenobite(s?) were in Hellraiser 4: Bloodlines. How does this even happen, were they supposed to be back in Hellworld but the scene was cut or did whoever made the DVD cover just randomly pull a screenshot from the asset library? 🤔
